Service Scope
Standard grill cleaning includes grates, heat plates, interior hood, firebox, drip tray, and exterior wipe down. We remove grease buildup and debris to the best of our ability within the allotted service window. Restoration, part replacement, rust removal, repainting, or mechanical repairs are not included unless separately quoted.
Service Duration
A first time cleaning or annual subscription visit may take up to 3 hours for a standard grill and up to 4 hours for oversized or built in grills. Each visit concludes at the maximum allotted time regardless of condition.
Heavy Grease & Condition Disclaimer
Grills can accumulate significant grease, carbon buildup, and corrosion. Extremely heavy buildup may require multiple services to achieve optimal results. A once per year cleaning may not restore heavily used grills to like new condition. Results depend on prior maintenance and overall grill condition.
Yard & Pet Requirements
Pets must be secured during service. All pet waste must be removed from the service area prior to arrival. We reserve the right to reschedule service if the workspace is unsafe or unsanitary.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service may incur a $50 cancellation fee. Weather, unsafe conditions, or operational requirements may require us to reschedule service.
Subscription Timing Windows
- 1 time per year plans must occur within 395 days of the prior visit
- 2 times per year plans must occur within 195 days of the prior visit
- 4 times per year plans must occur within 90 days of the prior visit, not including November, December, January, or February.
Failure to complete the subscription cycle within the required window may result in repricing to a lower frequency or one time tier. Any pricing difference may be billed to the payment method on file.
Payment Timing
All subscriptions are billed at the time of first service for the entire year.
Each year after the first year, the payment method on file will be automatically charged at the completion the first cleaning of the new subscription year for the full amount of the yearly subscription.
Retro Billing
If a subscription is canceled before completion of the subscription cycle, completed visits may be retroactively repriced at the non-subscription, one-time clean, rate. Any pricing difference will be charged automatically to the card on file.
Grill Condition & Functionality
We do not test or evaluate mechanical components, ignition systems, gas lines, burners, regulators, thermometers, wiring, or structural integrity. We are not responsible for pre existing damage, rust, corrosion, weakened components, hidden defects, or mechanical failure discovered during or after service.
Accessibility
Customer must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the grill area. If we are unable to access the grill upon arrival and the customer is not present to provide access, a $50 travel fee will apply.
Outdoor water and electrical power must be operational at the time of service. If required utilities are not available and service cannot be completed, a $50 travel fee will apply.
Quality Guarantee
If you believe something was missed, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue.
Communication Consent
By booking service, you consent to receive scheduling and service related communications via SMS and email. You may opt out at any time.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Scheduling service constitutes acceptance of these terms and any future updates.
Liability Limitation
Grill cleaning involves contact with grease, heat exposed metals, and aged components. Omaha Grill Cleaning is not responsible for damage related to prior wear, deterioration, corrosion, rust, structural weakness, or hidden defects.
We use professional methods to minimize mess; however, grease, carbon particles, or cleaning solution may transfer to surrounding areas. Omaha Grill Cleaning is not liable for staining, surface damage, overspray, grease drips, landscaping impact, decking discoloration, or incidental or consequential damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service visit.
